The sufficiency of fish supply in Region 1, particularly bangs (milk fish), is 130-132 percent based on the latest evaluation of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) regional office here. Nestor Domenden, BFAR regional director, said that of the 130% supply, 40%-45% or around 120-160 metric tons of bangus were being supplied to Manila daily.
