A Quezon City court yesterday lifted the 72-hour temporary environment protection order (TEPO) that prevents the Department of Agriculture and the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources from issuing a permit to re-export 25 captive dolphins at Ocean Adventure Park in Subic, Zambales, to Singapore.
