    A fisherfolk group has vowed to shift the battleground to save the dying Laguna Lake before the Supreme Court (SC) after the Department of Justice (DoJ) allowed the national government and Belgian firm to proceed with the ₱18.7 billion dredging and rehabilitation project on 94,000 hectare lake. The group dubbed Pambansang Lakas ng Kilusang Mamamalakaya ng Pilipinas (Pamalakaya) and staunch ally Save Laguna Lake Movement (SLLM) warned that they will bringing up the issue before the HighTribunal should the take over on Laguna Lake by the Belgian firm Baggerwerken De Cloedt En Zoon (BDC) will push through.
