    Local officials returned to sea yesterday a bottle-nose dolphin stranded and recovered along the shorelines in Barangay Namalpalan, Magsingal, Ilocos Sur. Ilocos Sur's Fishery Regulation Officer Benny Saraos said the 1.2-meter long dolphin was released alive to the sea. He said the dolphin might have been hunt by illegal dynamite fishing.
