An all women organization focused on the maritime environment is set to launch its "Citizens of the Sea" project here in Iloilo anytime within the year. This was disclosed by Environment and Natural Resources Regional Operations Control Chief Arlene Dalawis, who is also the secretary of the Women in Maritime Philippines (WIMAPHIL)-Iloilo Chapter headed by Dr. Ma. Teresa Sarabia. The project, she said, banks on the spirit of volunteerism among citizens regardless of age.
