Subic Bay Freeport will be the venue of the first Subic Bay Water Summit on the 28th and the 29th of January, addressing concerns on the sustainability of the waters of the area. The summit will tackle the 12,350-hectare body of water of Subic Bay which has been subjected to various industrial strains due to the increase of developed areas inside this premier Freeport. "If these stresses continue, we are sure to be left with an unsustainable resource," SBMA administrator Armand Arreza warned.
