The Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program will conduct a one-day seminar on meat and fish processing combined with chocolate making and molding on Oct. 6, 10 a.m.-6 p.m., SMX Convention Center at the Mall of Asia in Pasay City. Participants will not only learn how to make meat and fish products and dishes but decorative and molded chocolate products as well. Handouts and raw materials will be provided.
