    Excerpt
Glenn Defense Marine Philippines, a shipping firm inside this premier Freeport, has allegedly violated environmental regulations after admitting it dumped domestic waste water in Subic Bay, authorities said yesterday. A spot inspection made by the Ecology Department of the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) and the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) on Monday revealed that the ship from "MV Glenn Guardian" - a ship owned by Glenn Defense - contained bilge water and domestic waste water from a US naval ship.
