Defense and military officials have been asked by Malacanang to present to the Cabinet the details of the alleged sinking of a philippine fishing boat by a Chinese vessel at the Recto Bank of the West Philippine Sea last June 9. "The DND and the AFP are making the presentation on the request of Malacanang. That's the instruction that was given to us: prepare a report about the incident," a security official said on condition of anonymity.
