    Twenty more bodies were retrieved yesterday from the Iloilo-Guimaras Strait In Iloilo province, where three motorboats capsized on Saturday after being battered by huge waves. This brings the total number of fatalities to 31, the Philippine Coast Guard said. Citing a report from the field as of 3 p.m. yesterday, Coast Guard spokesman Capt. Armand Balilo 20 of the 31 fatalities were passengers of M/B Jenny Vince whose four crewmembers have been rescued together with 22 other passengers.
