The Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (Seafdec AQD), hosted by the national government in Tigbauan, Iloilo, has built and ecology park, called 'Fishworld,' which is intended to promote environment education of the people. The heart of the ecology park is the edifice at background with a fish-shaped facade.
