    About 90 officials of government and non-government entities in coastal places in Western Visayas and Northern Mindanao have been trained in Sustainable Aquaculture and Coastal Resource Management (SACRM). The training course was conducted by the government-hosted Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD) based here. The SEAFDEC AQD, headed by Dr. Rolando R. Platon, chief, launched the two-year program last October.
