Researchers of a regional center here have developed an easier and safer way of handling transporting milkfish breeders. The procedure was devised by researchers of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD) hosted by the government here. In the past, SEAFDEC AQD transported bangus caught in the wild in canvas tanks installed in a wooden frame atop a truck.
