A Southeast Asian research and development center here has published six new textbooks and manuals on aquaculture. The publications were written and edited by scientists and researchers of the government-based Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD) in this town, situated 24 kilometers west of Iloilo City.
