The Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC) hosted a pretechnical meeting of core experts for the program on Regionalization of Code of Conduct for Responsible Fisheries (RCCFRF) last July 31 to August at Days Hotel in this city. The participants who constitute the core experts were made up of member countries of SEAFDEC and ASEAN, representing Japam, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Brunie, Myanmar, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Laos. In addition, representatives from the network of Aquaculture Centres in Asia Pacific based in Thailand and senior research staff of SEAFDEC were all participating.
