Aquaculture experts from the Southeast Asian countries will gather to discuss the regional code of conduct on responsible fisheries-aquaculture development (RCCRF-AD), today until August 2, at the Days Hotel in Iloilo City. The core experts on aquaculture will be coming from SEAFDEC (Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center) and ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) member countries and representatives from the SEAFDEC secretariat, the Network of Aquaculture Centers in Asia-Pacific (NACA), and AQD (AquacultureDepartment) will serve as resource persons. A program on RCCRF-AD was initiated and approved by SEAFDEC in 1997.
