This was addressed during a dialogue with the fisherfolks last July 7 regarding protection of breeding sites of Kapis shells in the first district of Iloilo - a project of SEAFDEC AQD (Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture) in collaboration with the local government units (LGUs).
