A fisherman rescued a hawksbill sea turtle trapped in a fishing net in the waters of Barangay Central Tabao, Valladolid, Negros Occidental Thursday. Melvin Trayco was on board his fishing boat when he saw the turtle tangled in a floating fish net. He then brought the turtle to the Community Environment Natural Resources Office (Cenro) for custody.
