Samuel Agaloos, chief of the Fisheries Management, Regulatory and Enforcement Division, said a report reached the agency about the alien vessel’s activities and he advised the captains of BFAR MCS Patrol Vessel 3007 and 3010 to patrol the area. The apprehending team found two Chinese vessels.en
