The bureau of fisheries and aquatic resources (BFAR) reported: the coastal waters of Bulacan in Manila bay; Masinloc Bay in Zambales; and coastal waters of Maraviles, Limay, Orion, Pilar, Balanga, Orani, Abucay, and Samal in Bataan remain free of the toxic red tide.
