The Region-13 office of the bureau of fisheries and Aquatic resources (BFAR-13) will launch the two-day municipal fisherfolk registration (fishR). program here next week. The fishR will make use of the database of fishermen collected by the department of budget and management through the national statistics office as part of the registry system for Basic sector in Agriculture, said BFAR-13 Director Nerio Casil.
