Presidential daughter and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio lauded Bataan for its sustained efforts to protect sea turtles and preserve their natural habitat. In her message during the recent Pawikan Festival, she commended Governor Abet Garcia for the initiatives and projects that promote and preserve the environment.
