Sen. Meriam Santiago was among the first to dine and taste from the first harvest of SEAFDEC-CPEU-BFAR (Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center-Central Panay Economic Unification, Inc.-Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources) project. This was during the induction of CPEU officers last September 27 in Tapaz, Capiz where the Ilongga senator was the guest of honor.
