Meanwhile, officials of Tigbauan Iloilo and the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (Seafdec) launched the seeding of kapis breeders in the Tigbauan are made into lampshades, home decoration items and replacement for window glass both for export and domestic sale.en
