Pineda on Wednesday extended support and programs through her comprehensive and integrated delivery of social services (CIDSS) to the Kapampangan fishermen. This was the gist of the governor's message to the 655 fishermen who attended the meeting, which is aimed at addressing their needs through the intervention of the provincial government. The governor urged the local fishermen who came from the 16 barangays (villages) of Sasmuan and four coastal villages of this town to widen their horizon and make themselves involved in the decision-making process of the communities and local officials holistic approach in addressing their concerns.en
