It seems “resurrecting” discredited reclamation projects along Manila Bay is back in vogue. Not too long ago, we wrote about how the voided PEA-Amari contract of the Ramos administration was reportedly being re-packaged by the Philippine Reclamation Agency (PRA) as a “public” undertaking of the Parañaque City government in order to circumvent the restrictions imposed in the Supreme Court’s decision nullifying the contract. Which is why the recent full-page full-color advertisement titled The Truth About The Manila Bay Sunset published in several national broadsheets caught our attention.
