    Excerpt
The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) 7 has issued its findings and recommendations on the controversial case of coral damage by a submarine used by a Korean company for commercial tourism purposes here in Cebu. The DENR earlier undertook its probe on the case along with the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources. The assessment on the coral reef damage caused by the operation of the Yellow Submarine, a submersible sea-craft operating out of the Imperial Waterpark Resort and Spa was conducted in front of the said resort and Kontiki Dive Resort and Shop in Maribago.
