Police operatives arrested four fishermen and seized their boats off the coast of Santo Tomas town, this province, the other day for allegedly employing illegal fishing methods. Police identified the suspects as Arnulfo Eslao, 63, and Danilo Hipolito, 46, both of Barangay Damortis; and Rolly Butalag, 41, and Antonio Torrecampo, 55, both of Barangay Tubod. They have been charged with violating Article 4 of the Municipality of Santo Tomas after they caught using fine fish nets.
