Six fishermen caught in the act of using "taksay" - an illegal method of fishing - within the restricted seawater of this town on Saturday were arrested by joint elements of the local police and Bantay Dagat. Senior Inspector Madonna Abang identified the suspects as Ryan A. Almarinez, 19; Dennis G. Espanola, 18; Jordan V. Balana, 25; Teodolo B. Jugueta, 54; Paulo R. Canimo, 34; Rodsen M. Almacen, 39.
