    The provincial government of Sulu is expected to implement a Natural Fish Hatchery and Nursery by utilizing the many lagoons in the province for culturing and sea-ranching of cultivable "invertebrates" and "finfishes". According to Sulu outgoing Governor Abdusakur M. tan, his administration and the incoming leadership had both agreed to utilize these existing natural lagoons for fingerling production of cultivable species.
