Lawyer Adam Relson Jala, who topped the race for councilor of this capital city, vowed this weekend to help enact a measure protecting marine mammals within the city waters. Jala said in his short speech during the opening of the 3rd Dolphin festival at CPG sport complex last Friday initiated by the provincial government led by Governor Edgar Chatto.
