The Minutes of Discussion on the establishment of this Biotech Lab was recently signed by the Department of Agriculture (DA) Undersecretary Cesar Drilon, SEAFDEC-AQD chief Dr. Rolando Platon and basic design team Japanese leader Mr. Akira Nakamura. A temporary location for the biotech project's laboratory was already operative during the latter part of the year 2000.en
