    Excerpt
The Antique Development Foundation (ADF) and the government-hosted Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD) based in Tigbauan, Iloilo launched an upland aquaculture project in this town. ADF chair Sally Zaldivar Perez said that she has been exploring possibilities for SEAFDEC AQD to help Antique in other aquaculture ventures in the province such as freshwater multi-species hatchery in Sibalom town and prawn culture in Hamtik. Dan Balisao of SEAFDEC AQD reported that SEAFDEC has developed technologies for both the rich and the poor.
