The government-hosted Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEADEC-AQD) here celebrates its 28th anniversary on July 4-6, with Agriculture Secretary Leonardo Q. Montemayor as guest speaker. Seat of the celebration is the SEAFDEC-AQD complex in this scenic seaside town, 24 kilometers west of Iloilo City.
