The Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center based in Tigbauan, Iloilo, is launching its Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) on the web during the observance of its 28th anniversary, July 4-6. OPAC will enable anyone interested in aquaculture to access the library's collections over the internet 24 hours a day. It provides bibliographic information on book and journal collections and the table of contents of some special collections like books on mangroves and other SEAFDEC publications.
