The government-hosted Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD) will celebrate its 28th anniversary on July 4-6. Seat of the celebration is the SEAFDEC AQD main complex in Tigbauan, Iloilo, situated 24 kilometers west of Iloilo City.
