Seventy-three milkfish or bangus that were to vie for the longest and heaviest fish in the Bangus Festival here were found dead in the fishpond Wednesday, suspected victims of rising water temperatures. Maliah Flores of Pagurao, Dagupan, said the milkfish averaged 2 kilos each.
