    The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) is coordinating with Philippine Information Agency (PIA) in Cebu is tapping bloggers in its information campaign among netizens on the West Philippine Sea issue. DFA's Maritime and Ocean Affairs Office (MOAO) Executive Director Maria Teresa Almojuela urged Cebu bloggers to use their blogs as medium in reaching out to netizens. She said "if you can, please blog in Chinese, so that netizens in the People's Republic of China (PROC) understand what's happening, what their government is doing.
