Joy Huervana, SEAFDEC/AQD hatchery expert, hinted that in order to help Samareños at the same time adhering to the law prohibiting wild collection of crablet, a crab hatchery may be put up which BFAR regional training coordinator Norberto Berida totally agreed with.en
