    Excerpt
People of this town are up in arms against their own mayor and decried Friday the alleged unfair closure of a multi-billion investment in the coastal barangay of Sta. Elena, saying their town was not only denied of millions in income but employment for their families. Barangay Captain Rodolfo Ramirez said his constituents here believe Mayor Antonio Raymundo is sending a bad signal to those who want to invest in the town after ordering the closure of Orion Dockyard, Inc. Many residents of Barangay Sta. Elena, who are employed by the dockyard, even accused Raymundo of harassment and deplored the sudden closure of the firm, which is now on its construction stage.
