SEAFDEC AQD head Rolando Platon initiated the window pane oyster stock enhancement program the other year with the involvement of the Iloilo towns of Tigbauan, Guimbal and Oton, all situated along the Panay Gulf. Records complied by SEAFDEC AQD showed that there were 27 natural kapis beds in the country.en
