The Negros Oriental and Metro Bacolod chambers of commerce and industry (NOCCI/ MBCCI) have joined forces to rally behind the “Fish Right” (FR) project to improve and address the critical decline of fish supply in the Visayas, specifically within the Southern Negros coastal waters from Dumaguete City in Negros Oriental to Cauayan, Negros Occidental. Dr. Ben Malayang, “Fish Right” project team leader briefed the business groups, local government units and other stakeholders in the fishery industry sector recently.
