Gerry Carandang, LLDA spokesperson, said they have sent a team to gather samples and determine what caused the fish kill. He said staff from Pasig River ferry in Guadalupe in Makati city found the fishes, including tilapia, bangus, and carp, at about 3 a.m. yesterday, prodding the agency to immediately send experts to collect water samples for analysis and evaluation.en
