    Excerpt
Nine days after several tons of fish died in Talisay and Laurel, another fish kill struck in Lipa City yesterday morning. Edilberto Andal, the city's agriculture supervisor, said a group of fishermen was shocked when they spotted the dead fish in the lakeshore before 6 a.m yesterday. Andal said they estimated more or less nine tons of killed fish, including "biyang bato," tilapia," and "Ayungin" were found in the lake.
