Five fishermen who set out to sea during bad weather were reported missing yesterday in waters off Ilocos Sur, the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) Region 1 said. Citing sketchy reports, OCD Spokesman Mike Sabado said "M/B Danielle Maecee," carrying the five fishermen from Bolinao, Pangasinan, capsized in the middle of the sea about 19 nautical miles west of Ilocos Sur. Rough seas have been reported since the onslaught of tropical storm "Inday." which already exited but was followed by tropical depression "Josie."en
