Mapanas, Northern Samar Municipal Tourism Officer-designated Adriano Orio with the dead giant sea turtle that washed ashore and other wastes at Barangay Del Norte this town last Monday. The dead sea turtle, which weighs around 250 pound, was found by a seaweed farmer.
