The National Integrated Fisheries Technology Development Center (NIFTDC) has announced that the seafood Processing Plant here is now busy as ever with big chance of getting Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACPP) accreditation this year. Dr. Westly Rosario, NIFTDC chief, whose office was tapped by the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) to operate the seafood processing plant, said the facility is being availed of by small exporters bringing their products to the United States and other parts of the world.
