    Excerpt
The Philippines is the third-worst polluter into the world’s oceans according to Greenpeace. This is due to a lack of awareness, education, and just plain willful ignorance. Filipinos are polluting the seas with single use plastics, the worst offenders being plastic sachets, bags, bottles, and straws.
