The shellfish ban in the Bataan coastal waters is now nearing its seventh month - affecting the livelihood of local fisherman in the province. This was disclosed by provincial agriculturist Imelda Nieto, saying that the ban on harvesting and collecting of shellfish and acetes (alamang) in the Bataan coastal waters is so far the longest.
