Around 193 illegal fish pens had already been dismantled here as of May 16 in line with the program "Sa Ilog Ko, May Pagbabago." City Mayor Belen Fernandez ordered an all-out dismantling of all illegal fish pens after an inventory showed there were 218 structures that sprouted in the water during the election period in 2013.
